  1. Mix the filling ingredients.  Stuff the green pitted olives with the filling, using and piping bag.  Then flour them and put them in beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs
  2. Fry until golden brown.
  3. If you feel lazy you can use Greek Green pitted olives stuffed with feta cheese mix or Greek Green pitted olives stuffed with blue cheese mix.
