Ingredients:
- one jar of Greek Green pitted olives by FOS drained
- For the filling use:
- Cream cheese
- parsley
- sea salt flakes by FOS
- pepper
- garlic powder
- For the crust use:
- flour
- eggs
- bread crumbs
- olive pomace oil
Preparation instructions:
- Mix the filling ingredients. Stuff the green pitted olives with the filling, using and piping bag. Then flour them and put them in beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs
- Fry until golden brown.
- If you feel lazy you can use Greek Green pitted olives stuffed with feta cheese mix or Greek Green pitted olives stuffed with blue cheese mix.
