Differentiation

The product’s maximum moisture is 56%, and its minimum fat content in dry matter is 43%. Its buttery and slightly salty & sour flavor, rich aromas and cohesive yet soft structure are able to satisfy even the most demanding culinary pallets.

Feta is not only an essential ingredient of the well-known Greek salad, and a complement of other Greek traditional dishes, such as Muzaka, Souvlaki, etc, but also a product that can upgrade any recipe.
