Preparation instructions:

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the dry ingredients.
  2. Slowly add the liquid while kneading (you can also do this by hand)
  3. Let rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Degas the dough, and incorporate black olives cut into pieces.
  5. Make small balls of dough, let rise and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180oC
