Organic Differentiation
The main differentiation between the organic and conventional range can be attributed to the fact that organic milk comes from animals that are fed with crops that are organically grown, and it is also certified as EU-ORGANIC. However, both conventional and organic milks have the same nutrition content and adhere to the same safety standards, being quality certified by the whole available range of quality certifications, including IFS, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Authentic Greek Organic Feta P.D.O. is made exclusively from organic sheep’s (70%) and goat’s (30%) milk, under the strictest international organic standards. The product’s maximum moisture is 56%, and its minimum fat content in dry matter is 43%. It constitutes a product of excellent quality, with strong buttery & slightly sour taste and full fresh aroma.
