Fresh mozzarella is a pillowy and moist white cheese. It has a very high moisture content, as such comes with a relatively short shelf life. Typically, it’s a good idea to eat fresh mozzarella within a week of its creation. It has a mild flavor, soft, elastic texture, and appealing melt.

Vegan Fresh Mozzarella is free from dairy, gluten, GMO, soy, lactose. It is based on Coconut oil and is fortified with Vitamin B12.
