NATURAL GREEN OLIVES

Natural Green Olives come from “Amfissa” variety, a popular green variety that grows exclusively in the regions of Central Greece. They have a small round shape, and a straw-green to yellow-green color, due to their early collection before getting black. Their texture is firm and crunchy, having a delicate fresh taste and a buttery flavor with bright notes of citrus.
