NATURAL BLACK OLIVES

Black Natural Olives can be found in various places of Greece, mainly in Central and West Greece. One of the most known varieties however is “Amfissa” black olives. Amfissa olives have a mild fruity flavor, soft texture, round shape and a deep purple to black color. The characteristic that diversifies the Greek black olives from the other black olives, is the lack of lye in the de-bittering process.
