Balsamic vinegar is one of the well-known and most popular types of vinegar. Behind the scenes of great taste and premium viscosity hides a rich source of polyphenolic compounds. Polyphenols are a type of natural chemical found in many foods, including fruits, vegetables, and wine.

Our balsamic vinegar is produced by natural fermentation of good quality vinegar blended with concentrated grape must.  Grape must is inherently sweet and rich in antioxidants and nutrients.
