Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes directly from the Mother Nature, as it is the initial cloudy juice of the olive drupes, before the product’s final filtration. Since the product has not been filtered, it retains tiny particles of the flesh of the olive fruit, maintaining all the beneficial substances and the fruit’s natural aromas.

Since the product is not filtered, it needs to be cleared alternatively from the remaining particles and sediment, without losing its beneficial substances, or lowering its quality. The approach that we follow is 100% natural, and has to do with storing the product under the appropriate conditions that allow it to be cleared from the remaining particles and sediment naturally, maintaining its high-quality properties and nutritional components.
